Payments are rendered before service. The patient books an appointment and upon finishing the booking process, payment is requested via the approved merchant's payment method which will include a Credit or debit card.
Our Refund Policy
The patient will be refunded the entire amount paid within 48 hours for the reasons listed below:

If the patient cancels the appointment 12 hours before the booked appointment time. (The patient has the option to reschedule for another appointment if the appointment is not canceled 12 hours before the booked time, this option is viable for only 24 hours)

If the patient was not seen by the provider and missed the appointment because the provider is or was unavailable.

If the patient has a true emergency to include, hospitalization, natural disaster, or death, staff will request supporting evidence.
Telemedicine Visit
A telemedicine visit may require personal permissions to your advice, such as getting SMS information and phone status, while we only can access them under your allowance. There is no other malicious intent and no violation of our user data policy on personal and sensitive information.
